The next Band Booster meeting will be Monday, March 8th at 7:00 pm in the Band Room.

Basketball Concessions are underway. Please contact Gary Schenkel, 653-4089 or e-mail to volunteer to work at the Band Boosters' basketball concessions. We serve at all UHS boys' home games. Helpers are needed to set up as well as staff the line. We also need a crock pot each of sloppy joe and shredded chicken. Thanks for everyone's help in supporting this fund-raising effort for the band!

Hillclimber cards are now on sale by the band members for $10 each.

Looking Ahead:

Band Camp will be Wednesday, July 14th through Sunday, July 18th. Band Camp Fees for 2010 - 2011 are $220.00.
Please plan your vacations accordingly. There will be no practices for Marching Band before Monday, July 12th. Practices will be on and off between Monday, July 12th and the start of football games.

Group/Individual Marching Band Pictures are usually the Thursday during fair week around noon.

For Summer Practices, Mr Sapp is going to try to at least keep Friday, Saturday and Sunday free from practices throughout the summer. Please plan vacation time around the long weekends if at all possible. Rehearsal is important for your student to attend. We are a team and it is hard to function without a student present. A complete calendar of summer rehearsals will come out as soon as Mr Sapp knows all summer dates.
